Pricing

Private access. One agreement. One edition.

Obsidian is not a self-serve product with tiers. Access is by invitation, the agreement is per organization, and there is one edition of the platform: the one described on this site. No plan hides the reseller system, the SDKs, the hosted login or the delivery pipeline behind a higher price, because there is no other plan.

01Structure

How access is structured.

the unit

Per organization

One agreement covers your organization: every application, every environment, every member, every brand and every custom host.

resellers

No seat tax

A reseller network without a seat tax.

Resellers and their operators are not seats on your plan. Credits are platform units drawn per license; what a credit costs a reseller is between you and them.

no tiers

One edition

There is no Starter, Pro or Enterprise. What the platform does is what you get; what differs between organizations is scale and the terms of the agreement.

02Included

The one edition, on day one.

Runtime
The gateway, six SDKs, signed sessions, device binding, floating seats, live notifications, remote configuration.
Licensing
Products, variants, plans, promotions, overrides; time as an account; bulk issuance; release channels; availability states.
Resellers
The tree, the ledger, allowance pools, the console, confined API access.
Identity
Key, password, magic link, Discord, passkey; hosted login with PKCE; the customer portal.
Commerce
SellAuth and the signed custom contract, idempotent fulfilment, bundles, invites, coupons, referrals, rewards, campaigns.
Delivery
Private object storage, entitlement-gated downloads, provenance, watermarked builds.
White label
Brands, custom hosts with edge certificates, branded mail.
Operations
Analytics that reconcile, a review queue without scores, signed webhooks, the event feed, the export and import engine, OpenTelemetry.

03Terms

How it works.

  • FiguresPricing is set in the agreement for your organization, not on this page.
  • BillingSettled under the agreement. Your own customers pay you through your storefront; Obsidian never sits between you and them.
  • AccessThere is a Free tier and paid Pro and Business plans. During launch, new organizations are brought on by invitation while the platform is onboarded deliberately rather than by open sign-up.
